The SF Bay Area often gets summer fog due to the combination of cold ocean water and warm inland temperatures, but in most places it burns off by late morning. (Although I've lived in neighborhoods where I'd go a couple weeks without seeing the sun or blue sky during the summer.) I f***ing HATE THE FOG. Gah!

At the end of last year, when I knew I had to move, I considered Portland and Seattle because I have friends in both towns. I considered them for about a minute, until I realized the weather would drive me into a murderous rage. I love sunshine! :sundog: (I also love Earthshine, but that's another thing ;) ) 3
