coventry
http://s20.postimg.org/r26bmul8d/presto.jpg The remastered 200-gram vinyl edition. It still sounds a bit thin in production, and the bass is MIA outside of the Taurus pedals in "HOF", but it remains a beautiful album.

New World Kid
Presto's in my top 5 of Rush albums. Good choice! :)
gypsy muse
I like Presto too. I have said before that my name really ought to be Presto Princess, because it was one (Moving Pictures the other) of my first intros to Rush back in the day. I think I'll give it a listen this morning on the way to work. ;)

Mr. JD
Forget Presto. I want to know what kind of speakers those are. What kind of word are they made from? Is there a sub?

That outro to "Presto" always puts a smile on my face.
coventry
Forget Presto. I want to know what kind of speakers those are. What kind of word are they made from? Is there a sub? Those are Acoustic Zen Adagios in maple burl. http://www.acousticzen.com/products/loudspeakers/floorstanding I have an old Velodyne 8" sub but I rarely use it. The Adagios are comfortable down to about 25 Hz or so.

Blue J
I adore Presto! Even though there are maybe two songs on it that I usually don't get through without skipping before they're over...still, the other nine are fantastic. Overall I call it a great record. I the piccolo snare.
AnEggplant
Eh, for me presto is among the most forgettable albums. I don't dislike it, but I often forget it's even there. Saying it's better than anything post Counterparts is ridiculous. (In my opinion, please don't kill me!)
