These are great. Thanks for posting.

The AFTK poster is fascinating to me.... 11 nights in 10 cities in Texas? Not just El Paso, Lubbock, and Amarillo in West Texas, but also Odessa and Abilene? Corpus Christi and Beaumont on the coast? TWO dates in San Antonio?! Actually, I know why that is the case... Joe Anthony.... he was a local DJ who put San Antonio on the rock and roll map and brought a lot of bands, Rush included, into the collective conscience of the town.

But, my how things have changed. In the last few tours you got Dallas, Houston, and Austin or San Antonio. Sure, the venues were bigger because the band was that much bigger, but really, like I said, fascinating.... 11 dates in Texas on that tour.

Brutus has a cool poster on his instagram for Kiss/Rush/Rockandy playing at Fremont high school..

There's no way I can post it here though without the proper "tech support" or a teenager to help me lol

Well, now that I posted the above, I see that you meant videos. Sorry.

Maybe some will like seeing these print ads.

Those print ads were awesome! Thanks for posting.

I'm glad some of you liked seeing the print ads. Wish I had more.

And sorry again to the OP for not realizing you meant videos.

What were your sources for the print ads?

I cut them out of magazines when I was a kid. Circus Magazine Maybe Creem Magazine. (Creem's writers hated Rush.) I'm pretty certain I cut the "Farewell To Kings" ad out of Rolling Stone.

I have a friend that does this for a living (selling original vintage advertising). He doesn't have much Rush at the minute though, just a small Show of Hands advert. Can be a real bitch sourcing the magazines.
