ReRushed
Forget the ambient stuff, Eno's best is the string of solo "rock" albums he released in the 1970s: Here Come the Warm JetsTaking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy)Another Green WorldBefore and After Science Musically quirky and challenging. Wonderful melodies. Clever and intelligent lyrics. And some of Rober Fripp's best guitar playing. Tons of "guest" musicians. And great SONGS. Another Green World is, possibly, my favorite album of all-time.

Hatchetaxe&saw
I love "rock" Eno and the ambient stuff. One I keep coming back to is Another Day On Earth from 2005. Pure class.

RUSHHEAD666
I've tried so hard to get into his music. I can't. Just give me the Bowie stuff.
vaportrailer
Been enjoying this one as of late. A "bonus" track to a recent edition of Neroli. Neroli never grabbed me, but this one sure does: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dikWB6wm0A The stuff he did with Cluster is pretty good too. As is "My Life in the Bush of Ghosts". RushFanForever
I never paid much attention to Brian Eno as a solo artist, except when he collaborated with big music acts. Then I read an interview with Sarah McLachlan here where she mentions her favorite Brian Eno song below. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WK5pUw2OOKM Edited February 19, 2020 by RushFanForever
