For an older dude like me I would agree. I would doubt that younger folks would quite get the same feeling though. They are still immortal if only for a limited time ... :codger:

Admittedly, this is going to sound off the wall - but I buy into the sci-fi fantasy stuff more than the reality stuff

 

And the whole rebirth / returning anew theme of the Cygnus story moves me more and has more meaning ...

 

It is far more inspiring, as it is not the end - as there is no end

It's not the most musically powerful IMO, but it's definitely one of the most lyrically powerful

I like it, but it's not the most powerful for me. Of course Afterimage is certainly a candidate, but I also find The Garden to be pretty powerful (as ridiculed as I'll be for saying that). I don't know if there is a single most powerful Rush song.
