Some of you guys are nuts.

What color do you see?

We'd see variations of some color but we wouldn't see the exact same thing. And nobody would be wrong.

I see pink

"I see dead people."

Might be time for another job.

Working in a funeral parlour is obviously taking its toll!

Just watched the new Roll The Bones R40 clip and don't like Geddy's bass tone at all. It sounds like he's playing through a blown amp. I wish he played the older songs with the instruments they were originally recorded with, hence the Wal would've sounded better to me than the overdistorted Fender tone he's beaten to death for 20 years now.

I will (respectfully) disagree with this. I think the low mids of that Precision give that bass tone a nice punch that the Wal would not have (and I think the black Wal was far more enjoyable to listen to than the red one, but I wonder if Geddy had his tone rolled completely off).

"2112" is bogged down with cheesy and pompous lyrics.

OMG.. WE HAVE BEEN INFILTRATED BY ONE OF THE RED STAR'S COUNTERINTEL PSYOP AGENTS!!!!11

Bravado and The Pass have more emotional impact than The Garden.

I don't know, The Garden has extra emotional impact for me because it likely marks the end of the band's career. :(

Unpopular Opinion: RUSH will tour AGAIN!!!

I think they'll do at least one more thing. Maybe not a full blown world tour but maybe even another song or just something new. I certainly hope they will.

Depends on who is listening and I can see that being true... :codger:

The Fountain of Lamneth beats 2112 easily.

Mick

Yes. At being monotonous and ponderous.

I love Fountain a lot. Great!

But 2112 is beyond brilliant. Works as both great storytelling, and epic songwriting. Moves me beyond all words.

YES!!! Thank you! It's so incredible!

i've ALWAYS loved Fountain More. I enjoy 2112. but it has a whole middle that sorta drags. I never thought the story was that moving either.
