That One Guy
It's the story of TOG, and it's happened more than once. For whatever reason, having listened to Hold Your Fire about four years ago, the only song I hadn't heard was High Water. Which I listened to, for the first time, Monday, and liked it very much. The only HYF song I passed up is probably my second favorite behind Open Secrets. I'm reminded of the fact I have not heard all of Rush or Fly By Night, and I might get on that.
Cyclonus X-1
I've bothered with all of them, but I didn't like Manhattan Project very much for a long time. Seeing it live during the CA Tour led to it eventually becoming a favorite of mine. I'm reminded of the fact I have not heard all of Rush or Fly By Night, and I might get on that. Fly by Night is a great album. The debut is cool too.

The Analog Cub
Vapor Trails was pretty much unlistenable then the remix came out and I love listening to most of it. I almost never listened to Test For Echo because it's not an album anyone really thinks about when they want to listen to Rush, then I popped it in a couple of years ago and it's got some great stuff on it like the title track, which could be a top 10-20 favorite for me.

EagleMoon
I was listening to HYF this afternoon and boy does it sound like they sold out during that album. Maybe not intentionally and maybe not consciously but it definitely sounds like radio friendly blandness. Don't get me wrong, I've kind of learned to like a lot of it over the years mainly because we're beyond that point now. All the goofy clothes and the bad haircuts. It helps to have heard some it live and get a different viewpoint on it as well. But boy between it and Presto, those were the anti-Rush years.
