On the way home from work, I heard "Gloria - U2" on the radio, and it reminded me of another fav:

U2 - Under a blood red sky

Gloria on that album kicks arse... "This is the Edge!"

The only live album I like is 11-17-70 by Elton John. It's very early in his career, and captures his pre-fame innocence.

The Mark Tom and Travis Show - Blink-182.

i actually have little or no respect for blink as musicians, i think they're sellouts but i have to admit i like their music quite a bit, and they play faster live and it sounds really good. plus, even though it's just really cheap toilet humor, i can't help but think their talking and stuff is freakin HILARIOUS! and some of it is actually SOMEWHAT creative.

"I'm getting sweaty! I think i look better wet, so as the show goes on you will see me get sexier and sexier as it gets hotter and hotter." "You'll also see him get fatter too" "why would i be getting fatter?!" "i'll tell you why because dog semen have lots of calories!"

lol yea i know it's stupid and immature but it's mostly in the way they say it, i find that cd to be totally hilarious.

The Who- Live at the Isle of Wight (I think its superior to 'Leeds')

Thin Lizzy- Live and Dangerous

Peter Frampton- Frampton Comes Alive!

Metallica- Metallica and S&M (Cool live show with the San. Fran. Orchestra, a really cool mixture of genres)

Ozzy Osbourne- Tribute (Randy Rhoads is one of my favorite guitarists, just amazing)
