Here is a picture of my new bass acquisition: It's a 1998 Fender Geddy Lee Model (first year of production - Limited Edition version)

That is gorgeous, and thanks to you, I am now drooling all over my keyboard.

17 years old, yet it looks brand new! Score!

Rushbass, is it MiM or MiJ?

Crafted in Japan - "B" Series serial # - First Year of Production (1998). "Limited Edition" on Neck Plate.

Not quite brand new; it looks like the maple has acquired that lovely amber glow that only comes with age! What a find!

Japan likely means it was made better (in general) I have no specific knowledge about the bass.

Truly badass, my friend! Thought it might be Japan, I seem to recall that they started out being made there.

The body has a wonderful mirror finish! And love the maple's aged look...
