Presto-digitation
Queens Of The Stone Age: Like Clockwork - I think when I bought this I just wasn't in that groove, but I am six listens in the past 24 hours and I really dig it now. Going to dig into their catalogue.

Segue Myles
I want your beard Presto-digitation. Hand it over. Anyway...Bathory is wise: check out Kyuss as well!
gudbuytjane
I was a huge fan through Lullabies to Paralyze, but kind of lost interest on Era Vulgaris. Maybe I should re-listen to Like Clockwork. I really liked "The Vampyre of Time and Memory," but didn't pay much attention to the rest of the album. I saw them three times between Songs For The Deaf and LtP and they blew me away every time. What a fantastic live band they were back then.

The Analog Cub
Not my kind of thing. Josh Homme's music is too...druggy I'll call it. Them Crooked Vultures made an awesome album largely because of JPJ. I have listened to stuff from Era Vulgaris like Make It Wit Chu and it's not bad.
Justin Case
I was a huge fan through Lullabies to Paralyze, but kind of lost interest on Era Vulgaris. Maybe I should re-listen to Like Clockwork. I really liked "The Vampyre of Time and Memory," but didn't pay much attention to the rest of the album. I was pretty much the same in terms of losing interest around Lullabies...but Like Clockwork brought me back in a i way. My favorite album of 2013. geezer
Got a couple of Desert Sessions albums; I like them as I like the first three QOTSA albums but IMO Kyuss works are the true essence of this family.
