I don't understand this one:

52 level 300 seats ranging from $115 to $225 (although 23 of them are on sale for crack smoking $5700+)

Does it mean you can buy 23 nosebleeds for $5,700 plus fees? Is that a bargain deal?

I'd imagine most of these go back for regular sale before the show.

I kept an eye on NOLA stubhub last nite. At show time 85 were unsold. And a couple hours before show time, there were great deals for close floor seats. Since NOLA only had two front floor sections, tough to tell if those seats were all the way on the side. Wish we had deals like that in northeast close to show time! Oh yeah, I always make absolutely sure I got my RUSH tix in hand well before the show!!

Ticketmaster wouldn't put tickets on stubhub. It has its own 'secondary market' on its own site.

Those ridiculously high prices aren't intended to sell but are instead there to artificially inflate the average and median prices of resale tix.

In NYC, NJ and Boston, most, if not all lower level seats are $300+ on stub hub and even higher on TM resale. For some strange reason, Stub hub has Philly lowers for less than that. In the northeast, Philly has the best prices.

And the most seats to sell. Still holding out for some Philly cheapies

Philly has been sold out for a long time, and has less seats available on stub hub than NY, NJ, or Boston? Only 270 seats for Philly stub hub. Not sure what you meant by most seats to sell?

NY and NJ lower level, most seats are north of $300 for lower level.
