foghorn-leghorn
What if a RUSH tribute band was comprised of world famous musicians.....
By Tor
I`ve got to admit that one time I laughed at the thought of people going to watch tribute bands . But hell I`ve seen loads of them over the years and they have been some great nights outWhere else would you find yourself among people with the same tastes of music as your self celebrating music of a band that no longer tours and you get to here all the classics as they don`t do a "new album" set .Which is a bit of a drag when you like a band for it`s old stuff . I liked this band so much I`ve see them a few times . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLUYU_XKY9c
Cygnus The God Of Balance
So, ironically there's a Rush tribute band, Lotus Land, coming to our local casino, and the show is one week after I see Rush in Detroit. I checked them out online. Looks like they've played at Rushcon a few times. Anyone seen them before? bathory
not too interested in tributes but stuff like the musical box, zappa plays zappa, the iron maidens, chick/midget versions of anything - I dig stuff like that. but man some of these tribute guys charge more than the real thing ever did, like ZPZ was 50 bucks when they came through earlier this year so I had to skip it. I'll go see anything for free though

custom55
So, I was at a stop light today and this guy pulled up next to me blasting this song. I looked over and gave him the thumbs up. Most of the time I get kids blasting prison music. http://youtu.be/KVvX0lajygY Edited May 31, 2015 by custom55
