RUSHHEAD666
And loverboy is to spaceballs. C'mon now...Spaceballs is brilliant!! Hell yes!!! May The Schwartz Be With You Yeah its a great movie but its a parody and a comedy. Kind of a joke i suppose. Not to be overly mean to the fellows in loverboy of course. Yeah, two black guys combing the desert with a big black pick..... "WE AIN'T FOUND SHIT!"
Rockosmith
Sorry gang! The 35 Year Anniversary "Battlestar Galactica" Bluray Box came out today!I was a big fan back then but man the original movie sucks! Hell Rick Springfield is in the pilot film!I am sure this should be in the Video Vertigo section but man I'm in a writing slump.Watching Battlestar Galactica got me thinking. The special effects are actually very good for a lower budget science fiction project but still this science fiction saga can not be compared to Star Wars. Even Star Trek is better. Anyway the bottom line is, Rush is to Star Wars as Triumph is to Battlestar Galactica. The broken record, cliche of this thread is that Triumph will never EVER be better than Rush. Ok, I'm taking some time off from The Rush Forum. Love you guys! MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU NEIL PEART!http://i1180.photobucket.com/albums/x410/waltzmatildah/Random%20TV%2001/barneyshotinthehead.gif

JohnRogers
Neil Patrick Harris should have set his fingers to stun Earl, I've been watching the blu ray set too! Great show! HOLY FRAC! YOU ROCK! I thought it was going to be outdated feldercarb. IT'S EXCELLENT!! GREENE RULES!!!! It's great adventure TV, lightening in a bottle. Any 36 year old TV show will be dated in places. Had Rush broke up after HEMIspheres their music would feel a bit dated but still enjoyable. It gets interesting as the season story shifts and eventually comes full circle. The last episode is so much fun. http://flashbak.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/snowplanet1.gifhttp://galactica1981.tripod.com/landram.jpghttp://dauntlessmedia.net/wp-content/gallery/1978-107-thegunoniceplanetzeropart2/bsg-1978-107-the-gun-on-ice-planet-zero-part2%20%282%29.gif Edited May 21, 2015 by JohnRogers

deslock
Starbuck should have picked Athena. Of course since he didn't, that meant she was available for me. All the better. So what if I was 12. I believe there was a show called GINO on a while back that was loosely based on the original classic Battlestar Galactica. Worse than Galactica 1980. Pure Tai Shan. Not sure why this thread is in the "Album-Related Discussion" forum, but... I was into the original Battlestar Galactica show when I was 8. As an adult, it's unwatchable. "GINO" was incredibly well done.

Blue Barchetta
I think you nailed it. Battlestar= good show. Star Wars= Great movie. Triumph= good band. Rush= great band. (although Triumph was a better band than Battlestar was a show)
JohnRogers
Better than Rush or Triumph. Any hacks can cobble togther a song like Entre Nous but the Tuscan Singers are brilliant with Its Love...Love...Love.http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-39B2mlCR2s8/T4Bh-HpkSlI/AAAAAAAAFyg/wNrevPu8RS0/s1600/nightlifecarillon.jpg
