I love the set list. My only wish would have been that every album was represented, even if the result of that would have been the dreaded medley. I think a medley of the PW, Presto, TFE era could have been very interesting.

[Weakly Criminal]

Just got home from AAC. Ears ringing and probably permanently harmed. Again.

 

It’s just a dream set list. If it’s their last big tour, then they did it right. In the old days we would all critic the performances because we expected perfection. Today we can only expect their best go and we certainly got it in Dallas tonight.

 

 

 

Neil is such a beast. He still just kills it song after song and two solo’s. He skips a couple of the harder fills now, but who cares. Al struggles a bit here and there but still manages to rock your jaw back at times. And Ged is still powering through the vocals and playing bass and keys and foot pedals and it’s just amazing they job they still do.

 

 

 

If this is the last RUSH show I ever see, I’m good with that. Hell, I paid base ticket price and was like 50 feet from the stage. I sit happy, a bit dizzy, a bit deaf and so very proud of my favorite band. Still kicking everyones ass after all this time.

Next weekend, I'm going to walk into the show, take a deep breath, and just take it ALL in! That second half of the show is going to kill me!
