Crazy weather around here... hot and steamy for the last few days (AC on). Today it's cold.... brrr... (AC off, heat on). It may go as low as 1 C (34 F) tonight, with a possibility of frost... (bring in plants not yet planted, and cover those that were planted over the weekend when it was hot and steamy)... :sigh:

June now, and still talking about wind chills, here in lovely southwestern Ohio. The past two mornings in a row. It's nutty.

Over this past weekend, of course, it was almost 90 (that's about 32C, eh?) and humid while I was outside doing yard work.

61 and overcast here today. Makes me want to stay in bed.

Then do so. It just rained here :dweez: . We haven't had a drop in almost 2 weeks. We are now apparently in a more typical weather pattern for us where it could rain every day for the next week. No more going out in my P.J's to water every morning for a while anyway... :)

I've been meaning to get out and buy some tomatoes to plant but the weather around here has been so erratic.

There is a lady I know that is giving a nicely built structure to grow such things in separate from my flowers and things. Its very heavy and I have to get it home somehow, find an appropriate sunny area to put it and fill it with soil and plants. I am guessing it isn't to late to get some tomatoes and things going?...

Yes, rainy and cold in central PA today, too. Lots of rain yesterday and today, the grass will be knee high by the time it stops! Narp, don't lock yourself out when you are watering in your PJ's :) I'm glad you got rain, sounds like you needed it!

It's not too late for tomatoes which are usually harvested around the end of July.

If it is any type of greenhouse you will be fine. Especially where you live.

Not here. They would be planted outside.

Perfect day here. Sunshine, 25 C, (77 F), no humidity, gentle breeze. Don't need to use the AC or the heat. I'm enjoying the many hours of daylight.

Yeah,

Its nice having the long summer days. :sundog:
