The proper pronunciation (at least in Spanish) is like Veya or Veja. I get that, but I say it the American way. Because I am American. I also say Mexico, not Mehico. :) I'm American too. You can never get EVERYONE to agree on anything. Very true. But I would think Xanadu or LVS is probably about as close as you're going to get.
