30kwpa Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 (edited) They'll be a series of silk screen / painted curtains / backdrops (giant moving pictures, all of which will be sold on eBay after the tour, funds donated to charity of course) unique to the song be played, some with video images projected at key moments in key locations on the backdrops to create the illusion of movement i.e. popping corn, clothes tumbling, chickens rotissering, TVs on, dancing skeletons, simulated space shuttle launch, as well as standard videos old and new, etc. At one point, they will be showing live video of us watching them watch us watch the watchmaker making watches as well as us and them watching us...and them...blah, blah, blah. Various stage props will be wheeled on and off, raised, lowered under cover of the backdrops. Then viola... inflatable bunnies, foam dice launchers, babes whipping out Starman frisbees and rubber chickens, flowers growing onstage right before our eyes, lasers will "shoot down" special top hat shaped gift baskets on parachutes stocked with canned sausages and canned chicken as well as other groovy items like fire hydrant key chains and brain shaped pencil erasers, all of which are attached to wires strung overhead that'll float down to the glee-ful fans below, three big nets full of red balloons, each one with a super happening RUSH R40 commemorative coin inside, more lasers and bombs and fireworks and lightning machines and fog machines out in the crowd pouring in fluorescent multicolored fog and colored glow in the dark bubble machines and don't forget costume changes... gorilla suits / overalls & straw hats / zoot suits / silver and gold pro wrestling style bathing suits, kimonos... and everyone can send in or fax a copy of their ticket stub for one free mole removal kit, a 24 pack of guitar shaped flossing tools or a Geddy Lee endorsed one size fits all faux coon skin hat.
