It's a shame his stuff is the least played, only Miss America got its proper due from the media. I didn't mind DeYoung until he decided that "prog rock was dead" and created Cornerstone. It was one of the first albums I learned to play on the drums!I remember my vinyl lp had the STYX laser ectched into the actual record. It was beautiful!Don't forget "Snowblind!" Better than Sabbath's! James Young is so underated! I fuckinng love STYX!Say what you will about Dennis but he blows That whack job keyboard spinning Gowan away!!Every album up to Paradise Theater is EPIC!!! Gowan kills this band live.Todd is a great drummer.Tommy and James are great.Otherwise it's shit.They always bring out the original bassist for a few songs.It gets old fast.Styx is playing here next month.It's the same venue where PRIEST played!I was deaf for a day!It's tempting but I doubt I will go for it.If they play Pieces Of Eight or The Grand Illusion all the way through I might go.
