Bryan Adams - Run To You

Capo at the 2nd fret, right?

We used to do that one back in the day (as in when the song was current) -- I fretted it. It didn't occur to me back then to use a capo on the song!

Other than the arpeggio part in the beginning, it seems like this would still be pretty easy without the capo. But don't want to disturb the purists!

That arpeggio is the only part that really needs a capo (or the guitar tuned up a whole step) -- ideally, you want the Eb and E on that third chord ringing out together.

It eventually (years later) occurred to me that I should have used a capo when I was messing around with a similar arpeggio in E. It was one of those "well duh" moments.

I was thinking of learning Time Stand Still next. Should I?

I know I am learning Limelight, and I also want to learn SOTR and Tom Sawyer, but Time Stand Still is my favorite :rush: song.

Go for it if you want to! I love "Time Stand Still".

For my Preformance Group. I am doing New Wave BTW.

1.Call Me-Blondie(Lead Drums)

2. Ant Music-Adam Ant(Lead Drums)

3. Happy House-Siouxsie And The Banshees(Back Up Drums)

By the looks of it, they might put me on another song.

Today was my first day playing Ant Music and I already have it down.

I am doing good on back up percusion of Happy House.

I can play Call Me pretty well, all I have to do is work on the kick pattern.
