For voting, there shouldn't have to be the need. I think, and feel that all three c.ds, and albums have been, and are equal, and even. Edited by Derek19

Using _hi_water._'s template as a measure, let's see if my choice (Grace) stands.

1st Place Song - 3

2nd Place Song - 2

3rd Place Song - 1

Subdivisions > The Big Money > Distant Early Warning

The Analog Kid > Grand Designs > Afterimage

Red Sector A > Manhattan Project > Chemistry

The Enemy Within > Digital Man > Marathon

Territories > The Body Electric > The Weapon

Kid Gloves > Middletown Dreams > New World Man

Emotion Detector > Losing It > Red Lenses

Countdown > Between The Wheels > Mystic Rhythms

Signals - 16

Grace Under Pressure - 16

Power Windows - 16

Well. That's pretty much where I was before. I gave the original nod to Grace, but honestly it really was almost that close. These ratings could really shift a lot.

Sorry, but matching track 1 against the other track 1's, and track 2 agains the others is flawed to my mind.

Signals has 5 songs I love and 3 that are 'meh'.

P/G or GUP has 4 songs I love, 3 that are good and 1 that is 'interesting' rather than 'meh'.

Power Windows has 2 songs I love, 2 that are very good and 4 that are 'interesting'/well-crafted but drift close to 'meh' sometimes.

And they don't necessarily match up track number by track number!!!

Depends on how one 'grades' each category/song from a score perspective.

My heart says Signals almost because Analog Kid is one of my fave Rush songs of all time but P/G probably edges statistically speaking.

Well sure it's a flawed measure. It's just one more way to look at it.

I original chose Grace despite the scoring tie because I listen to it the most. They're all great albums, but the truth is in the repeat listens.

Yeah Countdown might be meh-ish, but Chemistry, The Weapon, Analog Kid, Subdivisions are all so strong.

GUP has very very strong material but it’s bogged down by the production. Body Electric and Red Sector A are kinda weak (RSA is so much better live).

PW is mostly very strong though I feel Manhattan and Marathon are a bit drawn out and boring. But that’s actually good, because it’s rush and I actually dig both tracks.
