If they were busy, and it was a 30 minute wait or whatever, they would take your pizza order, and then your pizza was there 15-20 minutes after you sat down instead of having to wait the full time. That was the first day I ever heard Hemispheres (my friend bought it downtown and had his boombox with him so he played it on the bus on the way home.) I had no idea you could order it. Yeah, the cheese is the absolute best part for me, and when we're talking high-quality mozzarella, there are few foods I enjoy more than a straightforward cheese pizza.
