But I'm talking about Rush outdoing Rush (as in 2112, Mission, La Villa, Freewill). Mick I think they're very fond of this one because it brought them back to the hard rock they pretty much abandoned with Hold Your Fire onward. That and it made Geddy fall in love with the Fender again. Him getting off the Wal and back on the Fender was one of the best things to come out of this album. If I have to listen to him playing the Wal on 2112 I might puke.
