I still haven't made a photography thread post of my second Montreal trip! Six weeks after returning, here you go, TRF

I still get impressed by the metro! I'm aware dozens of cities worldwide have them, but TOG the engineer still finds them neat! And if I didn't say it before, I'm just floored by the intricate infrastructure of the area, including miles and miles of underground malls and tunnels under downtown

The next few photos are from Quebec City. We spent the best weather day this trip heading over there and enjoying a city with pleasant architecture. Side-note: I'm really not a fan of Canada's apparent 100km/h / 62mph national speed limit :banghead:

The Olympic Stadium and the nearby botanical gardens were visited. I didn't know Montreal ever held the olympics until my guide (Day of Light, you may have heard of her), announced it ten minutes before arriving. :D

Another shot of somewhere near Old Montreal. I was a little light on photos this time.

Been awhile since I have been in here. Perusing some nice work from folks! Everyone has been to such interesting places! The most interesting place I see is a new softball park with my stepdaughters when they have a ball tournament! Haha! Anyway... thought I would throw a few in the mix...

Speaking of step daughters ...

Caught up with my mother lately with a lovely dinner and coffee night Friday in the picturesque town where I work, and on Saturday, a trip to Shoshone Falls, Idaho! We had been planning on going here for a couple months, and I'm happy we didn't let idea die.

The more I visit Idaho, the more I think I couldn't live here, but this was a pretty area.

The lake/river above the dam had this fantastic swimming area, with a nice background. Not pictured: the cliff diving area to the far left.

And some shots of the roads.

Won't find myself ever driving that lonely road through Nevada again. Road exploration is often a one-time deal for me.
