Salmon for dinner last night, delicious

 

Salmon for you yesterday, salmon for me on Tuesday.

How crazy is that??!!!! What a coincidence :7up: (Even though it isn't really a coincidence, just trying to make friends. The whole pandemic thing...staring out my window at couples walking by, arm in arm...)

No, just kidding. I don't sit and stare out my window, silly.

I only look through the driveway cam for familiar shapes and movement resembling humans.

 

Ahem,

 

Tonight was a recipe we have often:

 

If you can handle hot Italian sausage, peel off the skin, fry lightly and separate into little scraps.

Boil noodles.

Blanch lots of broccoli pieces.

Toss together with a bit of olive oil and hot pepper flakes.

Serve and grate some Parmesan cheese on top.

 

De-lish.

Sounds good. May try when the wife is out of town. She's not a fan of anything spicy.

As for salmon, I live in the Pacific NW and it's always available. We eat quite a bit of it.

Hash browns with pepper and garlic power. Big dollop of sour cream on top.

 

Big, spicy sausages, toast with strawberry jelly, BIG glass of orange juice with lots of pulp!

Sautéed some Italian sausage, onions, fresh mushrooms and red & green peppers.

Put it all over scrambled eggs.

Orange juice (with pulp).

 

 

Life is good.
