But what is it? Oh you wanted a more elaborate answer :D It is chicken marinated in yoghurt, tumeric, cayenne pepper, paprika and a pinch or two of salt. The sauce is made of chopped onions, ginger and garlic fried in a pan with some cumin seeds. Added some chopped tomatoes, cayenne pepper, cumin, cardamom, salt and the rest of marinade from the meat, which in the meantime have been in the oven.
