i agree: i thought VT was OBVIOUSLY their worst efore along with my wiser older brother. what was not obvious was the album's depth during the first few listens. wer expect every song to start like LIMELIGHT...at least we used to.

Nocturne is a great song. The changing patterns fit. Great atmosphere, lyrics and the drums sound excellent.

Vapor Trails is my favourite off VT. It's frantic, the chorus bursts with life and it's a damn good driving song when you're out on the highway doing 110km/h. It rocks!

Earthshine. Rush in Rio was my first taste of the new stuff, I had only been listening to pre-Test for Echo albums until fairly recently. I really like the bass work on that song, especially on the live version.
