Swiss artist H.R. Giger, who designed the creature in Ridley Scott's sci-fi horror classic "Alien," has died at age 74 from injuries suffered in a fall, his museum said Tuesday.

Also, Giger provided art to many fundamental metal albums, such as Celtic Frost, the last Tryptikon and many others.

I saw this the other day. Sad to hear it. It's kind of creepy when people start dying off like this.
