Principled Man
WASHINGTON - Calling the proposed law “dangerous” and “unprecedented”, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) decried a new voting rights bill Thursday as a shameless power grab by the American people to control the country. “The proposed legislation is nothing more than a brazen attempt by the calculating American people to seize congress by electing representatives,” said Cruz, who warned that the nation’s 328 million residents “would stop at nothing” to carry out their sinister ploy. “There’s no way the U.S. population would be pushing for voting rights if it didn’t mean there was something to be gained. It’s a transparent attempt to drive Republicans out of power by allowing Americans who have opinions contrary to our own to vote against us, and we won’t stand for it. Clearly, the American people are way out of touch with the GOP.” At press time, Cruz had raised concerns the bill would lead to a wave of non-senators casting ballots.

And he's posting about how "triggered" Dan Rather is while, ironically, being triggered by his tweet about Cruz that was spot on. Lyin Ted needs to sit this one out before calling anyone a liar. There's no FREQUENCY in his brain compared to KENNETH. As far as laughing, it's fun to see cultists and maskholes outraged over feckless Barbie getting her vaccine on Twitter and Instagram. Need I remind them their leader got it in secret and even MENTIONED IT?

IbanezJem
In that heavy eye-lidded and full-stomached way that can cause carelessness, I watched about fifteen minutes of a documentary about DB Cooper which seemed to be surprisingly focused on roller skating. I had selected the wrong program.

metallithrax
Wasn't today, was Saturday but my girlfriend placed an order through Amazon Prime (Morrisons) for some food and beer. This was after a "quiet drink" with a couple of friends on Friday. A quiet drink because my girlfriends sister was coming to ours for a beer for the first time in ages. The "quiet drink" consisted of 39x Bud (300ml), 15x Coors (330ml), 3x Tiger(660ml), 3x Tyskie(660ml), 8x Fosters(440ml) and 1 bottle of Dead Mans Finger Lime Rum - between 4 people. Next morning she placed the order and along with some more beer for when her sister came down, we got some crisps (chips) and some other bits and 10 :eh: cauliflowers. Guess what we are having for the next few days.

laughedatbytime
Hawt take by Jason Smith: Jason Smith: “The Aaron Rodgers situation with the Packers is going to blow up when Rodgers has all the momentum in the world. It’s silent right now but Rodgers still wants out, and the Packers still hate him and want to move on. This offseason should have been Aaron Rodgers getting a long-term commit – NOPE – we’re not seeing that. ‘Hey, let’s do something with his contract so it makes it easier for to do…’ NOPE, they didn’t help each other. They didn’t go out and get players for Aaron Rodgers because he’s taking up too much money in their salary cap. Everything is still the same as a year ago. When they drafted Jordan Love, they’re going to give the job to Jordan Love and Aaron Rodgers is going to be out. It’s going to happen THIS YEAR, and Aaron Rodgers is waiting because he’s going to play his leverage at the exact right moment, either right at the Draft or right before the Draft, and he’s going to say "YOU GET ME TO 'TEAM X' OR I’M GOING TO SIT HOME IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND JUST WAIT UNTIL IT HAPPENS"… The Niners trade up to get the number three pick knowing that at some point, either right before the Draft or leading up to it, Aaron Rodgers is going to play that card of ‘You’re going to trade me to the 49ers or I’m going to sit at home' and the 49ers are going to say ‘we will give you the number three overall pick and get you Justin Fields, and you give us Aaron Rodgers.’ That’s my hot take, the number three pick will wind up going to the Packers and Aaron Rodgers gets traded to the 49ers.”
