I saw them he'll I don't remember the year or the tour (too many concerts in short period of time) late 80's maybe. It was Capital Centre Landover MD, all I know it was one FUN Concert in front of a sold out audience. Thank you for this.

That must have been a small tight club, unusual to see them playing such a place.

Well it's a TV show you see. On this show each band played about 3 songs live, in between you'd have interviews with guests and videos and the whole thing took place in a studio.

Saw them during the summer. The most fun 90 minutes of the year so far. No contest.

What do you think of the latest ZZ album Pete?

Love it. It's so raw sounding. Rubin did a great job. Chartreuse is a f***ing animal of a tune.

I might have to pick that up I was a bit luke warm on it last year.

I'm not Pete of course but I'd like to comment......I think it's 'pretty good'. In my mind it suffers a bit since it came out within a year of Clockwork Angels and Sabbath's 13 and I tend to compare it with those two and both of those are definitely better to my taste.

Thanks for that info I thought something was a bit different about where they were playing. I posted this on another music site....it's just too good.
