Plus he sang lead at the same time! That's right, he started off as a six year old Don Henley impersonator, in a mini-pops band called The Schmeagles. He got tired of being Don after a while, as you would, the bad moods, Messiah complexes and what have you. The Rush thing was the logical next step.
