Rush is playing Summerfest in Milwaukee on the 4th of July. see www.summerfest.com (hint: its awesome) But what is even BETTER news, is that there is a fantastic Rush Tribute Band, that will be playing on a stage NEAR the Real Rush show for 2 hours as an appetizer leading up to the REAL Rush .!!! so its like a 5-6 hour Rush affair! I did this very same double whammy in 2010 at Summerfest on the TM tour. its heaven. As I remember, the sound wasn't that great...and parking around there is a total cluster. Sorry to be a buzzkill, but I'm going to a different show. Only crazy people and people from out of town drive down there. Everyone that lives in the area knows the shuttles are the way to go. Easy in, easy out for a few bucks. You drive and you pay for gas (a couple bucks) and parking (usually about $20). The Flyer for us is $6.50 round trip. $26 total. It may be a buck or 2 more that we would have spent driving, but the easy in, easy out is well worth it. Those coming from out of town...
