Had to search for this thread!

Anyways, it's playoff time! The league gets interesting, finally. I'm watching Denver right now and they look tough! So athletic! I wouldn't be surprised to see them emerge from the west.

Of course, the question is, can anyone beat Miami in a seven-game series?

And the Black Mamba plays all 48 minutes tonite, going off for 43 pts! I'm not sure anyone wants to be the #1 seed in the west and face the Lakers first round.

Enough of the B.S. LeBron coming back talk not going to happen...

RUSH fans love their NBA! How many pages we at so far on this thread?

The league really has become a bore-fest.

 It really went on the decline last three years or so with certain teams no longer being a factor in the win column. The "King" departed Cavaliers The tragic Magic, The lackluster Wizards, the rusty and aged Pistons all had a following on here when they were good and NBA was a hot topic.. How quickly times have changed...

Boston-New York playoff series. The favored New York team goes up 3-0. The Boston team squeaks out a victory in game 4 beyond regulation time. Then the Boston team wins game 5.

So weird. I feel like I've seen this movie before. Like, about 9 years ago.

Warriors up 3-1. Hopefully they can close it out next game in Denver.

Warriors tried to give it away but make it to the second round. Warriors were criticized for the Bogut deal but it helped them win a playoff series.

There are two NBA playoff games at halftime. There have been 66 total points scored in each of them.

Good times...

MIAMI -- When Nate Robinson dove for a loose ball near the Heat bench with 4:19 remaining in the second quarter, the 5-9, 180-pounder collided with the 6-8, 250-pound LeBron James.

Robinson left the court with a bloodied lip, immediately visiting the locker-room bathroom and staring in disbelief at his face.

Ten stitches later, Robinson returned to score a game-high 27 points -- including 11 in the fourth quarter -- as the Chicago Bulls erased a seven-point deficit in the final quarter in a 93-86 victory over the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the second-round Eastern Conference playoff series Monday night at AmericanAirlines Arena.

"You've got to play through it," said Robinson, who played 41 minutes and collected nine assists. "You've got to continue to fight and muster enough energy and fight to continue to play as hard as you can and produce for your teammates. They expect you to get stitched up and come back out there and continue to battle, and that's what I did." The warrior gene exists outside the NHL!

Comparing NBA players to NHL players? Let's not get carried away.

When Robinson played in Boston with Glenn Davis, they called themselves Shrek and Donkey. Good guy.

Soo who will be the likely candidate from the west to lose in the finals against the Heat? I'm favoring the Grizzlies at this point. ;)
