Red Lenses.. I know you all think I'm crazy, but it's got such a great groove, nice pumping bass from Geddy, and the drumming is outstanding here...

Coming in at second is The Enemy Within, and at third is The Body Electric...

I went with "Enemy Within"

I love that one...

A very close second is "Red Sector A"

...Even though I find it so d*mn hard to listen to without going into a sort of panic attack...

That it can do that to me... it's amazingly well crafted, and brings the horror right to you...

Wow, I am not with the group on this one. Distant Early Warning is my clear fav. Enemy Within would be the only other contender.

Red Sector A and BTW are only OK for me.

Red Lenses

Not the song I thought would be my favorite from the album that is my favorite. There was just something aobut it, especially back in 1985, when I firs heard it the night I bought the record after getting snowed in for several days.

GUP was a cold sounding Cold War album that so perfectly fit the times, then here was this bit of comic relief before the knock out punch of Between the Wheels.

The bass is awesome, the gutar is very swirling and sets the atmosphere, and the middle section is off the hook, especially when they hit those big chords!
