not really a SPOILER - the male/female breakdown

The only other thing I can personally to compare it to is the show on September 14, 2010 in Boston.

I would estimate that crowd at 10 to 15% women.

The Manchester show had probably double that, maybe 25-30% women.

It's an understatement to say that I'm pleasantly surprised.

I know the band received recent attention from the movie and new album, which generated a new crop of fans, but wow. ohmy.gif

Thoughts?

was the arena full?

There weren't any empty seats on the floor, and no more than a few on the first level up. Up at the top of the 2nd level, there were a few empties. I would guess the stadium was about 95% full.

Shortly before the show started I went online to look for tickets, just to see if there was anything good still available, and it said ticklets weren't available. Don't know what that means.

BTW...It's nice to hear the line to the mens room will be shorter.

Last night, there were more ladies than I usually see at Rush shows.

We were especially well represented! Woohoo! smile.gif

The guy who makes the sausage is pretty damn tasty if I must say.

I will be attending my first Rush show this year (one of two), not out of obligation but out of sheer desire to see as many shows as I can!

Another thing I noticed is that all the girls seemed to LOVE the concert and the setlist; the only people who were complaining and whining were the dudes.

I think this setlist is very female friendly, with songs like
