fledgehog
Thanks to teh INTRANET I made a bit of a lolhaul: Liquid Tension Experiments 1 and 2 Didn't realize how unhumanly amazing these were -- top notch instrumental work Armor for Sleep- What to Do When You're Dead I think i saw the name somewhere, and figured why not try something new. It's rather mainstream oriented, though it was worth a listen (not sure if it will be worth more than another half dozen though) The remainder of Billy Joel's studio discography Too many to list, but An Innocent Man has become my favorite of his. Dream Theater's entire 6-show 1998 Japanese leg Dream Theater 4-19-2002 Tokyo show Dream Theater 1-17-2006 Tokyo show DT has a very pro-bootleg community -- the official forums when they existed, and now the replacement unofficial forums, had a seperate section for trading of shows that have not been released officially -- most people megaupload/rapidshared whatever shows they might have, available for registered members to download. If only all bands had such easily accessable bootlegs Vertical Horizon- Live Stages and There and Back Again -- these two earlier albums (1995's Running on Ice was a faulty copy...so much for the internet ) are very different from the more pop-y albums that everyone hears on top 40 (Everything You Want and Go), they are more acoustic-oriented, rather soothing music and aside from the band name and members, really not the same band at all -- definately worth a listen, if you can find them (out of print ) I am also planning a $300 Amazon order and hopefully I can get a bite at one of my school's math teachers' 87,000 song collection...there's bound to be something good in there somewhere

You happy now, Puppetking? Your advertising worked! Glad to hear it. Let me know what you think. And have you heard Funeral? I'm really liking Neon Bible. I'm halfway through my second listen and so far my favorites are Intervention, No Cars Go, and especially My Body Is A Cage. That song is so emotional. I might have to check out Funeral after this if it's as good as this one!
