I've just ordered the 2 CD version of the new Riverside album "Shrine of New Generation Slaves" after listening to the whole thing on Spotify. I have also pre-ordered Steven Wilson's "The Raven That Refused To Sing" (the CD/DVD 5.1 combo version). With Alan Parsons at the helm I expect this to sound fantastic. Edited by Imaginos

So it's a new month and a new set of eMusic credits... but not for long... This morning I spent a bunch of those credits on... Focus - "X", Hawkwind - "Choose Your Masques", Lord Huron - "Lonesome Dreams" (very melodic - think Fleet Foxes crossed with Midlake) and the new Skarlett Riot single - "Faded Memory".

Just ordered a limited edition CD of iamthemorning's debut "~" :)

I'm actually listening to that album right now! I didn't know there was a limited edition so I just ordered it before it sold out (had the free download for a while now, but I've been meaning to buy it).

 I had looked into buying it before, but I don't think there was a CD available until recently. Easily my favorite independent release of 2012 :haz:

This might be one of the best buys I've had in a while...

King Crimson - In The Court of the Crimson King (6 disc edition; 5CD/1DVD)

I thought this edition sold out long ago, but to my surprise, J&R had one copy of it standing in the box set shelf untouched...actually I saw it standing there the last three times I've been there, but didn't have enough money at the time to get it.

Edit: I also saw the limited 12x12in book edition of Steven Wilson's The Raven That Refused to Sing in the newly released section...they're selling it for $66.

Other than that, I've been on a Tool binge as of late, and bought, Lateralus, Ænima, and Opiate.

Birthday just passed, so a good handful of stuff.

Anthrax - Anthems (Some pretty decent covers on here! I was actually slightly put off by the vocals in Anthem, amusingly enough, but everything else seems to be pretty nice.)

Depeche Mode - Delta Machine (Easily, easily their greatest since Ultra. Really enjoyed this one, would not be surprised to see it become one of those "commonly listened" albums.)

311 - Love Song (A single. Decent song. Not much to say other than "cool, I don't have to buy a soundtrack for one song. now if only I had that luck with I Disappear.")

Beck - Guerolito (have not checked this one out much yet!)

Sum 41 - Does This Look Infected? (Used to love them, still enjoy All Killer No Filler. Wanted this badly ages ago, never got it, saw it and figured I'd might as well. Still Waiting is good, but that's all I've heard from it!)

Biohazard - State Of The World Address (Bit of a blind jump here. Have only listened to a few tracks, but I rather like what I heard!)

I did also buy Metallica - Load, but that was for a friend. I've actually owned the album for a while now!
