Rushchick10
Mine's about at the middle of my back at the moment. I typically will cut it around shoulder length for summer, but I haven't gotten to it yet.

Shredder2
My hair isn't long enough to get in the way of washing my hands. However, my Angry Birds wristbands seems to get in the way sometimes when I wash my hands.
Mara
Hey Duckster, will you leave it long once it's gone more than, say, 50% gray? Dye it? Cut it off and have a throw rug woven out of it?

treeduck
QUOTE (Mara @ Jun 27 2012, 03:32 PM) Hey Duckster, will you leave it long once it's gone more than, say, 50% gray? Dye it? Cut it off and have a throw rug woven out of it? Good question... When was exactly 6 months over 40 I noticed my first grey strand! And I thought that's it I'll be the silver surfer in a matter of weeks!! Luckily that's not happened and I can't even find the odd strands I have. So I'm still fully brown haired at the moment. But when I finally do go grey, will I cut it all off, if I haven't already? It depends what I look like with it, how good or bad the colour of grey is (dirty grey, silver grey etc). If I look like an old fool then it'll have to go, but if I look ok then I might leave it. I'll not be able to tell till the time comes. It may look crap when it's streaky, or my face might turn to crap...

The Cat 3
This thread inspired me to visit my local coiffeur and have four inches cut off...now it is shoulder length! Kept some length, but no man, woman or beast has hair as long as The Duck. The reviews are as follows, "oh, it makes you look younger..." A friend of mine said last night, "you look like one of those rockers who just got out of rehab and has a slightly cleaner look." PS...I have more grey hair than I care to say. People in my family go gray kinda early, typically. However, my hair is blond, so they are harder to spot right off the bat. What you see in my picture is my natural hair color. I don't color my hair. It gets darker in the winter and sun bleached in the summer. I kinda like it that way.

They look silver to me not grey anyway. Doesnt bother me. I haven't dyed my hair for years.
