The Anarchist Clockwork Angels The Garden Headlong Flight The Wreckers BU2B Caravan Carnies 7 Cities of Gold These 9 songs are all just absolutely RIDICULOUSLY good! If I had to pick an order, this would have to be it, but the gap between any of these songs is microscoping. Wish Them Well Halo Effect That being said, the last 2 songs are still miles beyond what Rush has done in the last 3 albums by far! Wish Them Well just has that killer groove to it (Test for Echo done right?) and Halo Effect is my favorite song when I'm in the mood for something a bit lighter, the solo on that one is one of my top 5 moments on the album. I didn't put BU2B2 on here cause its not really a song. A nice transitional piece that is essential if you're listening straight through the album, but not if you're skipping around. Headlong Flight 5. The Anarchist 6. The Garden 7. Wish them Well 8. Carnies 9. Halo Effect 10. Seven Cities of Gold 11. The Wreckers As time passes, I still consider this album a masterpiece. No doubt, the newness of it has passed and it's still an album I never get tired of so calling it a classic in the early stages was not an exaggeration. The first 4 songs are right there with anything they've ever done and BU2B and Clockwork Angels are 2 songs that are in the Rush Hall of Fame The song that has moved up for me quite a bit is Wish them Well. I really love the break and the "Grudges you've held for so long" harmony. Definitely loving this song even more. I think it would be cool for someone to go through all of these posts and calculate all of the rankings - similar to how the College Football AP rankings are compiled. Anyway - here's mine: 1. BU2B (A - the original version that is - the new intro REALLY stinks - I'd rate it about a C+ - fortunately, edited out the intro with Goldwave)5. Carnies (A)6. The Garden (A)7. Halo Effect (A)8. The Wreckers (A-)9. Clockwork Angels (A-)10. Caravan (B )11. Wish Them Well (B-)12. BU2B2 (D- The only dog on the whole album. And with that my rankings have changed...yet again. Live is where the test comes for me.
