Gedneil Alpeart
One day, Rush will call it quits and that's the end. Maybe they will do a farewell tour. I know...I hate to think about it. But, that will be reality. Rush songs will continue on the radio.....but then three very sad days in the future, the 3 boys will pass over into another world. As we shall all, right? After that, Rush songs will continue to play on the radio, hopefully...maybe garnering a few new Rush fans by then. 100 years from now, the year 2112, assuming rock music and radio and western culture and civ and earth still exist, will Rush fans still be around to celebrate that momentous year, when 136 years ago in 1976, the band made the record in the name of that year that they will be living in? Will Rush's music one day be completely forgotten and never heard again? Will Rush fans eventually die off completely????
danielmclark
If my 3 and 6 year old kids take care of themselves and are lucky, they'll live to see 2112. And they're already Rush fans.
myturn2drive
Well, classical music that is 200+ years old is still listened to, so i imagine it is possible
Tarkus406
There will surely be some classical rock music fans in the year 2112. Certainly!
Tarkus406
That is, unless we all die in December.
