The Cars

I was so close to putting The Cars on my top ten, but Kiss just edged them out in my book.

A most highly under rated band, that's for sure.

Nobody recorded a 3:30 pop single like The Cars.

And their last album was just so much fun to listen to and remember the good times.

BTW: Good to see someone else list The Alarm.

Yep.

I listen to some 70s Pop stuff, some of the 80s New Wave music that was on the radio back when I was in High School, some punk and some "post-punk," some folk-pop, some jazz, classical, and even some "lounge" music.

His favourite tune is Robert De Niro Is Waiting.

The whole Metal thang is a smokescreen, so he can listen to perfectly pink '80's pop to his hearts content without being rumbled.

His name is Rio.
