I like it, but I can see how people might find it bland. I always thought it sounded like something off the soundtrack to the TV series Firefly. Hope is an awesome tune. I love it. No machismo. Just raw guitar talent. Many electric guitar players can't write this stuff, let alone play it. It does also hold a special place since it was the first Rush tune my son learned to play after only 2 and 1/2 years of playing. No coaxing on my part either.
