The Owl
Saw that too, I wouldn't trust projected time periods too much, but hopefully.

losingit2k
I wished they released something new from the album, at least as an MP3 on their Web Site so we can all keep salivating until MAY!
Union 5-3992
I'm hoping April, but May seems more realistic to me. At least I'll get Storm Corrosion for my birthday

Phantom
I trust RIAB info... almost always comes through. Regarding a taste of some new material, I can only hope that the guys follow a similar schedule to the one they had for Snakes and Arrows. S&A was released on May 1, '07, but Far Cry debuted streaming online, nearly 2 months earlier, on March 12 '07. My fingers are crossed....
circumstantial tree
Things sure have changed. Nowadays, new albums are released in May. It used to be that a lot of them were released in September. I think the reason back then was having summers off to spend time with their kids. When they returned to school, Rush could then release the album, hit the road, and be back home for the following summer. With Vapor Trails, S&A, and Clockwork, it's all about May releases. Phantom
I don't know whether that's intentional or not. Interesting to note though. It'll be interesting to see if/how they plan to release any new tracks from the album, given that they've already released 2 tunes.

presto123
Does anybody know if any additional tracks were written at the SAME TIME as Caravan and BU2B? I never did hear them talk about that. I know they had 5 or 6 tracks wrote for quite a long time but I'm just wondering if they were done at the same time as the first two because I think they were in a groove with the first two singles. My guess is a Fall tour until the holidays then some tome off to gear up for a BIG Spring/Summer tour next year.

treeduck
The release information coming in out in this particular way, is obviously an indication that the album will lean heavily over to the death metal side of things, I think everyone will agree...
