A few words from Alan Moore

Is he bitching? He had 4 of his works (that I know of) made into films.

As far as Depp Crunch goes...I can see that along with Danny Elfman providing the quirky, bouncy "boom boom boom boom" music and also Timmy Burton doing his all-too predictable & boring thang of darkness and mood with Captain C. It wouldn't surprise me one bit.

I can picture the teaser trailer too. It's a shot of a wall...

"Coming this Summer...you'll stay crunchy.....even in milk."

Then that asshole busts through the wall on his ship.

In all fairness though, he didn't ask for them to be made movies and in most cases that I'm aware of, actually bitched about them being made in the first place. He's pretty consistent; I gotta give him credit for that.

What he's actually bitching about in the interview is DC are making a Watchmen prequel comic without his agreement. He was saying that they drew up a contract that allows them to get lawyers to sign documents that he refuses to sign in order to push things through...

Here's the full interview:

Fair enough. I didn't know all that.
