He recorded Caravan and BU2B on the Snakes kit, so he probably recorded CA on the Time Machine kit. It will probably be pretty similar since they are sticking with the steampunk theme for the album. druid13 Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 Why wouldn't he use the same one as the Time Machine tour? its a brand new DW kit...and it obviously is steampunk and fits the Theme of Clockwork Angels? He has much better equipment than he used to...and traveling with equipment is not as rough as it used to be either. Believe me I play DW. And Pearts drums get plenty of TLC with nice hardshell cases. To contrast his old Tama and Slingerland drums went through much worse conditions. I'd be surprised if he switches it up. Not to say he would not have a few tweeks here and there with hardware wear or anything. That stuff is very much built to last though.
