Today, i went down to the independent record store to see if there was any Rush vinyl. i bought Permanent Waves and Grace Under Pressure to add to my collection which includes Hemispheres, Moving Pictures and Hold Your Fire. i also played Overture and The Temples of Syrinx in between classes waiting for the teacher. RASH 2112 Posted February 2, 2012 Share Posted February 2, 2012 One of the Classic Rock stations in Chicago has a feature where each night at 9 pm they play a long song that normally would not see much airplay. It's called "The Long One at 9." Tonight, of course, they featured side one of 2112 in it's entirety. Sounded great being played over the radio!! 1 of the 7 Posted February 5, 2012 Share Posted February 5, 2012 Had my Rush shirt on under my other clothes at work, 2112 socks, a (not-very-recognizable) Rush pin, and used my 2112 coffee mug. 2112 playing to and from work. Joined in the RushRadio/RushCon chat - it was a bit overwhelming at first, with all the people there, but was calmer later. Made a few new Facebook friends.
