This one has a German title but it's in English and no dubbing. The English title is: "The Torture Chamber of Dr Sadism" and it stars Lex Barker, Christopher Lee and Karin Dor (the really, really hot chick out of "You Only Live Twice" and Hitchcock's "Topaz"). It's a lesser known masterpiece of gothic horror and it features the creepiest coach ride across country ever!

He's the guy who played Tarzan in the 50s. He died a few years after this in 1973 at age 54. He was walking down Lexington Avenue in New York to meet up with his 22 year old girlfriend and he just keeled over suddenly and died of a heart attack...

He was all set to marry her too, they were engaged. He'd already been married five times before so no wonder he had a f***ing heart attack! laugh.gif

Her name is Karen Kondazian and she's still around, she's like 62 now...

I was probably about 8 years old in that pic. And the white tux still fits!

Prometheus

Not as good as the 1st two Alien ones but better than 3 and Resurrection.

John Carpenter's The Thing

Saw it for the Cinema/TV club I'm in at college as part of a Halloween festivity. It was my 2nd viewing since I first saw it 3 years ago when I rented it at my local library. Still a good movie. Morricone's score is freaking awesome.

Halloween gets all the praise, but The Thing is Carpenter's masterpiece! One of the greatest films ever made. trink39.gif

It's a Saw rip off for sure with an interesting twist. It has a couple of good actors in it. The idea is sound. Then they injected suck-ass all over it and I kicked myself for letting my wife talk me into watching it. Then she fell asleep and I had to watch it until the end because I must see the end. Slap me now, please.

Not as good as the first one but still pretty good.

I wasn't going to bother with this but then I noticed Malcolm McDowell and Dennis Hopper were in it, so I thought well ok then. And in overall it I thought it was a pretty good film, if a bit long at nearly three hours...

Sinister! Good and disturbing movie! 1022.gif

Is it a "found footage" kind of thing? I don't like those, all those grainy, shaky, badly shot sequences. I find them hard to watch.

And we know it's a drama so trying to make it look like a documentary or a personal blog is kind of pointless. Just my opinion.
