I liked the mix on VH1. The only exception is Neil's snare drum.
It sounds thin, AGAIN. I want the full sounding R30 snare.

love Animate on R30 for this reason

R30 has my favorite versions of a lot of songs...Force Ten, Subdivisions, Earthshine, Mystic Rhythms, Red Sector A, lots of good stuff. I love the sound on R30.

I really wish Geddy had more of a hand this time. He has a better ear then Alex - Different Stages is really their last "great" sounding live album.

Having said that - based on the Tom Sawyer clip, I am excited about the sound of this show.

From what I saw from the videos Strangiato uploaded, the sound will be great. Personally, I like the snare. I didn't like it so much in R30. I hope the turn down the crows a few notches for the CD.

Let's not settle for any old conjecture here. Let's see what the experts have to say:

Man, does geddy sound terrible  on freewill, hope they touch his vocals up a bit before the dvd comes out.. Go ahead blast me. who cares. the fact is that geddy isnt good live vocally anymore . and this dvd will prove it unless they fix the bad spots.. facts are facts..

Not that we'd hear them, but didn't Roadrunner release some of the tracks to radio?

Has anyone heard these?
