I enjoyed it. So did my daughters (althought I think it was because Chris Hemsworth was shirtless for most of the movie!). yeah- there could have been some more of natalie portman with less clothing too! You mean stick woman? lol Seriously though Chris Hemsworth is hawt. thin can mean hot...as it does in her case for sure. she has always had a fantastich body...lsot some weight for that ballet flick, so what!?!? that's her job. she's hot . < that's a period... Natalie Portman is chubby compared to other actresses out there. Keira Knightly, Kate Bosworth, and especially Saffron Burrows....to name a few. Can they even do five push-ups? They're walking skeletons.....especially Burrows. If she doesn't exemplify anorexia, I don't know who does.... I think she's great. http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z221/Serephina8/Natalie_Portman.jpg http://i743.photobucket.com/albums/xx76/choctawOK_2010/natalie_portman.jpg
treeduck
I just saw the film. Pretty good. I think they kept Thor powerless and banished a little too long though. I like Sif and Natalie, I'll take either one... This seemed mostly a vehicle to establish the character and the scenario for the Avengers and Thor 2... Not bad though...and I do like the whole Thor character and story anyway...

I didn't time it but it didn't feel that long to me that he was banished and powerless. They did a good job with casting Thor. Thinking about Hawkeye, I wonder how much of his personality will come out in the Avengers flick. Is there time for that? Or will he just be some hotshit sniper with a bow? It's not like the Black Widow in Iron Man 2 was anything other than venomously hot eye candy. Edited October 22, 2011 by JohnnyBlaze
