1-0-0-1-0-0-1
That's like saying, "You're not Italian if you haven't tried tripe." I'm half Italian, and I refuse to eat tripe. I guess the Irish half won out.
Good, bad, andrush
QUOTE (barney_rebel @ Mar 15 2011, 09:19 AM) You guys ever try pork blood cubes? http://www.poisonappleshirts.com/ohsofat/062010blood.jpg You're not asian if haven't. Looks disgusting, but damn good. If I'm not mistaken, that's just fried pig blood right? Yeah, I think I've tasted it. Is it salty? Tastes a little like liver, right? If not then I haven't tasted it. I remember eating something like it when I was little.

I remember eating something like it when I was little. It can be served fried, but in this case it's boiled. It's more like cottage cheese here. Mara
I saw a Food Network program sometime back on the making of various German sausages. Ugh - the blood sausage, and the narrator even admitted that it smelled disgusting. In certain parts of the UK they do enjoy their black puddings. Basically a big dried clot of pig blood mixed with bits of fat and other shit you probably don't want to think too much about.
WIDE-ANGLE WATCHER
I have always had a issue with flan. Not so much the taste as the consistency. It can ruin a great Mexican meal. Caramel pudding= Good.............Flan (mucous)= Bad

Looks disgusting, but damn good. That's true about being Asian and those thangs. Actually, I think most Asian countries (in the eastern part of the continent itself that is) have something similar to that. But I think it's just your Asian blood that's telling you they're good. I don't like it

Hatchetaxe&saw
QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Mar 15 2011, 02:27 PM) That's like saying, "You're not Italian if you haven't tried tripe." I'm half Italian, and I refuse to eat tripe. I guess the Irish half won out. Tripe is popular in my home city of Cork. There's a dish called tripe and drisheen. Drisheen is a form of black pudding, which is blood, crumb, herbs etc all lumped into an intestine. Yum!
