I don't necessarily find him the most attractive (sorry!) but as looks are never a determining factor for me in real life, I don't think that matters. What does matter? Power and precision, coupled with quiet intelligence... I watched the concert for the first time a few days ago, since seeing them on the tour, and noticed for the first time what a nice smile Neil has (from the head-on-pillow picture)!
